What Youll Be Doing
- Own project financial performance including budgets forecasting and cost control
- Serve as main point of contact for owners and design teams
- Manage pay apps billing and change orders
- Oversee contracts RFIs and submittals
- Align with Superintendents to support field execution
- Manage procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Lead project meetings and maintain organized documentation
- Drive projects through successful closeout
What You Bring
- 5 years as a Project Manager in heavy civil construction
- Multi-Scope background including Dirt Utilities Concrete and Asphalt
- Strong understanding of job costing and contract management
- Experience managing projects $1M- $5M
- Proficiency with construction software such as HCSS HeavyJob Trimble Viewpoint Vista or similar platforms
- Experience with public and private sector projects including Federal State DOT Municipal and Private work preferred
- Strong knowledge of contract administration and change order management
- Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated proactive and a strong team contributor
