About the Role

Busy Bees at Springfield Lakes is seeking passionate and flexible Casual Educators to join our team.

This role is ideal for educators looking for flexibility in their work schedule with the ability to choose shifts across different days and times to suit your lifestyle. Whether youre studying returning to the workforce or looking for additional hours this opportunity offers variety and balance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the delivery of engaging play-based learning programs
• Assisting in creating a safe nurturing and stimulating environment
• Building positive relationships with children families and team members
• Supporting daily routines and centre operations
• Ensuring compliance with the EYLF and National Quality Standards

What Youll Need

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
• Current QLD Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Sound understanding of early learning frameworks (desirable)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A flexible and reliable approach to work
