Whatyoullbe doingas an Apprenticeat Great Places....
Proactively manage repairs for in house operatives to maximise productivity and reduce/recover out of target jobs.
Ensure appointments are made and kept within agreed service standards and KPIs keeping customers informed with any changes to the schedule withina timelymanner.
Schedule jobs based on priority skill set availabilitylocationand customer needs utilising relevant contractors whenrequired.
Update housing management and scheduling systems with accuracy in record keeping in real time.
Point of contact for colleagues for repair related queries ensuring effective use of the telephony system for both inbound and outbound calls with a professional manner.
Maintain a strong customer focus to promote excellence in customer satisfaction and enable first time fix resolution wherever possible.
