Compensation

Starting hourly rate is $21.00 per hour. Team Members working the Night shift will qualify for an additional 6% shift differential.

Work Schedule

Rotational 12-hour shift 2 days on 2 days off 3 days on 2 days off

• Day Shift: 6 AM 6 PM

• Night shift: 6 PM 6 AM (preference given to night candidates)

Employees working this rotating schedule can earn up to an additional $2882.88 annually compared to a traditional 8-hour shift schedule.

What Youll Do

• Operate reach truck/standup forklift and pallet jacks
• Load/unload trailers and move materials safely
• Pick pack stage and put away inventory
• Supply production with materials
• Maintain clean organized warehouse areas
• Use basic WMS/RF scanning tools

What You Bring

• 1 year of verified reach truck (standup forklift) experience
• Proven record of safe equipment operation and adherence to SOPs
• Strong attention to detail with accurate counting labeling and documentation
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. occasionally and stand for 12hour shifts
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Familiarity with WMS systems RF scanners and basic computer/email skills
• Teamoriented mindset with solid communication and problemsolving skills
