Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events and Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about both event coordination and sales support. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in supporting the planning and execution of various events while also assisting the sales team in achieving company goals
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating events from conception through to completion.
- Support the sales team by managing client communications and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate logistics including venue selection catering and transportation arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute promotional materials and sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities event details and client interactions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in event coordination or sales assistance is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
