Clinical Research Site Manager
St. Petersburg FL
IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily operations at our St. Petersburg site. This role oversees study execution staff performance and regulatory compliance while partnering with leadership to drive high-quality research outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day clinical trial operations ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Partner with Clinical Operations on study planning feasibility and budgets
- Oversee patient recruitment enrollment and visit coordination
- Lead train and support clinical research staff
- Maintain regulatory standards SOP adherence and quality control
- Monitor site performance and conduct staff evaluations
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required; advanced clinical degree (RN NP PA or Masters) preferred
- 3 years of clinical research experience
- Prior leadership or team management experience required
