Job Overview
A government healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst (Advanced) to support enterprise-level IT projects. This role will work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure adherence to established governance standards and quality processes across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive testing of technical solutions to identify troubleshoot and resolve issues
Develop detailed test plans test cases and QA/UAT processes aligned with business requirements
Maintain full traceability across SDLC artifacts (requirements design and test cases)
Conduct user interface testing regression testing and system validation
Execute reliability stability usability and negative testing
Design and execute automated testing scripts with oversight
Participate in defect triage retesting and issue resolution
Prepare QA documentation reports and status updates
Ensure compliance with QA governance standards policies and best practices
Conduct reviews walkthroughs and inspections to maintain quality standards
Collaborate with development teams to communicate defects and testing outcomes
Required Skills
5 years of experience translating business requirements or policy documents into test cases and scenarios
3 years of experience in healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid) and related business processes
3 years of experience creating and communicating detailed test status reports including defects and gaps
3 years of hands-on experience with formal test design tools
Preferred Skills
5 years of experience working with large enterprise or e-business systems
3 years of experience with testing tools such as Azure DevOps JIRA or Confluence
Experience working in both Waterfall (SDLC) and Agile development environments
Education Requirements
Bachelors degree in a technical business healthcare or related field
Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
