Sr Corporate Counsel Employment

The Senior Corporate Counsel Employment is responsible for providing day-to-day legal support to theCompanysHumanResourcesteamforemploymentmattersonvarietyof position is also responsible for managing outside counsel on employment litigation and handling EEOC agency charges and internal investigations. Also responsible for updating employee-related agreements handling restrictive covenant matters reviewing and drafting policies and procedures as necessary to support the human resources team and developing and conducting training on legal developments.

TheSeniorCorporateCounselisbasedas a hybrid (min 3 days/week on-site) attheCompanysSecaucusNJheadquarters.

Salary Range: $190000 to $230000/year 25% Annual Incentive Plan LTI
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills training experience education and where applicable certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
