Job Summary
Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Modifies or creates implementation documents applying standard architectural techniques and procedures and according to written and verbal specifications with general supervision
- Collaborates on design and technical resolution and coordination for a defined portion of a project
- Assists in preparing client presentations and presents project design intent
- Performs product research; assists project designers with material selection and system research
- May support research of code and zoning requirements
- May attend on-site visits field reviews and client and/or project meetings and documents these visits as appropriate
- Assists in preparing schedules and reviewing implementation documents and samples as needed
- Communicates with other disciplines vendors and contractors to incorporate information into design project requirements and documents as needed
- Provides guidance and direction to entry-level staff as appropriate
- Participates in team meetings to discuss project issues design and technical issues and coordination with other disciplines
Qualifications:
Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Architecture or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or as an Architectural Staff/Intern Design Professional or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 2 years with the following:
- Design presentation and documentation including master planning urban design and architecture;
- Grasshopper Ladybug Kangaroo and Lunch Box;
- Adobe InDesign Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam Revu;
- Stable diffusion Lora Controlnet and Dreambooth;
- AutoCAD Rhino Catia 3Dmax Revit Enscape V-Ray and Lumion;
- Site design program layout and coordination and documentation with other outside design consultants;
- MS Office Suite; and
- Commercial mixed-use projects.
Telecommute role may work remotely from anywhere in the US.
