Job Summary

The Control System Owner is responsible for endtoend development of vehicle control systems including requirements definition risk assessments supplier alignment and verification this role you will deliver highquality control systems in PACCARs vehicles while meeting program budgets schedules and customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities

• Design integrate and release electronic components and control systems for medium and heavyduty vehicles.
• Manage the quality cost timing and performance (QCTP) of ECUs and base software sourced from suppliers.
• Lead supplier management activities ensuring highquality technical deliverables and adherence to development processes.
• Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional partners including software engineering electrical engineering supplier quality purchasing IT and test teams.
• Support launch activities at truck assembly plants and troubleshoot field issues as needed.
• Ensure industryleading quality and reliability within area of responsibility.
• Demonstrated teamwork mentoring collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.
• Identify and drive continuousimprovement initiatives focused on quality enhancement and process efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• 6 years of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced results-oriented environment manage multiple simultaneous projects and respond dynamically to shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% including internationally.

Preferred

• Experience in design release or integration of automotive or commercial vehicle systems.
• Handson experience solving complex engineering problems using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with Automotive SPICE process.
• Experience working within agile development frameworks.
• Demonstrated capability in managing detailed supplier technical deliverables.
• Advanced degree or Professional Engineer (PE) license.

The salary range for this role is $100100.00 - $156600.00 annually. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift.
