What Youll Do
Lead and develop a team of coaches to deliver high-quality Success Sessions and personal training
Drive PT revenue retention and member experience
Execute and oversee group training onboarding and coaching standards
Create a culture of accountability energy and results
Work closely with the GM to hit club production goals
Help members find the best path for their fitness journey through coaching and connection
Be hands-on daily this is a lead-from-the-front role
Schedule Expectations
6 days per week required
Flexible scheduling based on club needs and peak hours
Must be available for evenings and weekends

Nationally accredited certification (NASM ACE ISSA etc.)
Minimum 1 year of leadership or management experience
