Fitness Director – Workout Anytime Englewood

• Lead and develop a team of coaches to deliver high-quality Success Sessions and personal training
• Drive PT revenue retention and member experience
• Execute and oversee group training onboarding and coaching standards
• Create a culture of accountability energy and results
• Work closely with the GM to hit club production goals
• Help members find the best path for their fitness journey through coaching and connection
• Be hands-on daily this is a lead-from-the-front role

• 6 days per week required
• Flexible scheduling based on club needs and peak hours
• Must be available for evenings and weekends
