Location: Yuma AZ
Pay Rate: $58$61 per hour
Schedule: PRN (as needed) 12-hour shifts

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to support residents in a professional care setting in Yuma AZ. This role is ideal for someone experienced in long-term care or skilled nursing who thrives in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians
- Conduct patient assessments including admission and ongoing evaluations
- Develop and assist with care plans and MDS documentation
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
- Communicate effectively with residents families and interdisciplinary staff
- Provide support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical and administrative documentation
- Participate in shift reports staff training and team collaboration
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Arizona (required)
- Strong knowledge of geriatric/long-term care nursing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented fast-paced environment
