Job Summary
Posting Summary
Provide administrative oversight supervision and leadership for the College of Arts & Sciences College Administrative Service ( CAS CAS ) structure in the areas of budget finance and general administrative support to Department Administration and Finance staff in multiple locations for CAS schools departments and programs. Serve as an authority of process standardization for the college; create establish and implement organizational policies processes develop workflow and structures defi ne and influence structural and organizational changes of work within CAS CAS oversee onboarding and training coordinate. Coordinate support with college department chairs and school and program directors to ensure college department school program faculty staff and student administrative needs are met. Establish implement train and oversee operational systems as part of the College Administrative Services leadership team.
Desirable Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel Word) and database applications required.
