Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65000 - $75000 annually
- Benefits: Competitive benefits package 401(k) paid time off professional development opportunities etc.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite 2 days remote; more onsite presence required during onboarding)
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with approximately $750000 in revenue including accounts in manufacturing construction and real estate sectors.
- Handle renewals for mid-to-large market accounts with revenue exceeding $5000.
- Utilize EPIC and Salesforce software to manage client accounts and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and relationship management.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold the companys core values of teamwork service integrity and kindness.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and Salesforce software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication relationship management and a curiosity mindset.
- Education: Relevant educational background preferred.
