Responsible for supporting business growth initiatives including support of safety improvements tool designs and overall manufacturing improvements.Job Description
1. Design draft production tools fixtures and equipment.
2. Partner with EHS team to identify processes or equipment that can be improved to eliminate safety hazards.
3. Define and control production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product tools or equipment.
4. Specify and procure new equipment and tooling needed to meet production quality and growth requirements.
5. Support LEAN VSM PFMEA MOC Risk Assessment Standard Work Visual Management & Calibration Tools Management.
6. Manhours tender analysis & Time sheet Management.
7. Evaluate Micro Planning & production capacity.
8. Support to follow up the Production Disturbance to relevant function.
9. Production NCR Analysis and provide preventive action.
10. Implement Industrial Handbook PTR to SOP.
11. UTR Bowler update & GSC Administration.
12. Support TKDN Certification.
13. Preparation CAPEX execution and monitoring.
14. Implement Preventive Maintenance Program & Spare Parts
