Job Summary
KalSoft is currently looking for a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in the banking domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements working closely with stakeholders and technical teams and ensuring successful delivery of solutions in alignment with business and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders across various banking functions.
- Collaborate closely with IT development and project teams to ensure accurate and effective implementation of requirements.
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including planning testing (UAT) and deployment.
- Facilitate workshops meetings and discussions with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment of requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) functional specifications and process flow diagrams.
- Ensure all solutions align with banking regulations compliance standards and internal policies.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA Confluence or similar platforms for requirement tracking and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
Requirements
- Saudi National (Mandatory)
- 45 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and SDLC
- Experience in preparing BRDs functional specifications and process documentation
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA Confluence or similar platforms
- Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
