Job Summary
Learning Assistant 10314 Permanent Contract 21 hours per week 26824 to 28142 per annum pro rata (Scale E) Norwich
This is your chance to join Norwich Museums award-winning Learning Team to help us deliver and develop inspiring learning activities for visitors of all ages. This will include collections-based learning sessions for school children and young people from Early Years to KS5 and activities for general visitors and target audiences as part of our events and visitors programme. Activities are delivered across our three Norwich Museums: Norwich Castle Museum Strangers Hall and the Museum of Norwich at the Bridewell.
You will be a flexible and resilient person who is committed to making museums accessible and inclusive for all. You will have proven experience of working with diverse audiences to deliver creative learning in a museum arts heritage or school setting.
This post follows a two week rota which averages 21 hours a week. This is Monday - Wednesday every week (6 hour days) and alternate Saturdays (6 hours day). Additional hours may be available.
