Job Title: HEAD OF LETTINGS Residential Lettings

Salary: OTE 70k per annum

We have an exceptionally exciting opportunity for an energetic experienced and dynamic lettings professional to take on a Head of Lettings role and be the cornerstone of a thriving Lettings business in the smart Weybridge market

The position is within an already successful Residential Estate & Lettings Agency group with established local branches and an established current Managed Portfolio: the right candidate will be one who can see that this business has significant scope to be developed further and so the options and future possibilities within the role are unlimited!

Previous experience in Residential Lettings is obviously essential: as is having had previous experience of running a lettings team. An understanding of Property Management being a member of ARLA and having a good local knowledge would all be a distinct advantage and considered as highly desirable qualities.

The company are looking for a candidate who has the capacity to grow an already established business; so the right attitude intelligence and transferable skills will be top considerations: You must be exceptionally presentable well-spoken enthusiastic motivated articulate and numerate and have a full UK driving licence.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements
• Managing offers deal progression and move-ins
• Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Generating new business through proactive applicant and landlord contact
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
• Maintaining accurate records and CRM systems

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experienced in valuations and listing of residential rental properties
• Ability to train manage mentor and motivate staff
• Excellent sales ability
• High standards of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the local area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
