Role Overview:

Were looking for a Designer to join our Creative Services team for an initial 6-month period. Please note this role has been assessed as Inside IR35 and payment will be processed via PAYE or an umbrella company through our third-party partner.

This role is ideal for someone with solid experience who is ready to take greater ownership of their work and contribute to high-profile PlayStation experiences across digital platforms.

Youllbe responsible forcreating high-quality engaging design across a range of touchpoints including PlayStation Store web email and campaign assets. Working closely with cross-functional partnersyoullhelp translate briefs into effective creative solutions while continuing to develop your craft and strategic thinking.

Whatyoullbe doing:

• Designing and delivering high-quality creative assets across digital platforms
• Taking ownership of briefs from concept through to final delivery
• Applying and evolving brand guidelines across a variety of outputs
• Collaborating with designers producers and stakeholders to deliver effective creative solutions
• Adapting and localising global campaigns for different markets and formats
• Contributing ideas and creative thinking in team reviews and brainstorming sessions
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Continuously improving workflows and ways of working

Whatwerelooking for:

• A strong portfoliodemonstratinghigh-quality design and creative problem-solving
• Solid understanding of design principlesfor webincluding layout typography visual hierarchycompositionand user journeys.
• Proficiencyin design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into effective creative output
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to feedback and iteration
• Good communicationand collaboration skills across disciplines
• Ability to manage your time and priorities effectively
• Passion for gaming entertainment or digital experiences

Desirable:

• Experience working on digital marketing campaigns across web email or in-product surfaces
• Basic3D andmotion or animation skills (e.g. After Effectsand C4D)
• Experience working with brand guidelines at scale
• Understanding of performance-driven creative and optimisation
