Responsibilities:

Assist and support CNM II in delivering evidence-based nursing care
Plan coordinate and manage staff and resources within the ward

Qualifications:

Registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience after registration
Management course (preferred) or willingness to pursue one
Excellent interpersonal skills
Leadership and management skills
Knowledge of nurse education and development issues
