REMOTE LEGAL SALES REP

FullTime Remote International Contractor role $12/hr USD Commission UTC-4 time zone strongly preferred

Mayersohn Law Group P.A. is hiring a Legal Sales Representative to conduct consultative sales calls with prospective clients explain services and close new engagements for our Family & Criminal Law practice. This is a remote role requiring strong communication sales experience and reliable tech.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct consultative sales calls with prequalified leads
• Ask targeted questions to understand legal needs and determine fit
• Explain services processes and next steps clearly
• Follow up consistently to close leads and meet conversion goals
• Finalize contracts process payments and hand off clients to the legal team
• Enter accurate notes into Clio and maintain confidentiality
• Manage appointments followups and basic administrative tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Proven experience converting prospects into paying clients
• Highticket sales experience (legal financial SaaS or similar)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Excellent spoken English and professional phone presence
• Proficiency with video platforms CRM systems and Google Sheets
• Reliable internet power headset and computer
• Strong organization attention to detail and time management
• Comfortable using a screenshotbased time tracker
• Ability to follow structured scripts and procedures

Preferred

• Law firm or legal sales experience
• Proficiency with Clio
• Spanish bilingual
• Experience with consultative phone/video sales
• Dual monitors and access to a printer
