This role focuses on customer onboarding product demonstrations and driving adoption not sales.

What Youll Do
Conduct customer onboarding sessions and product orientation
Deliver demos and presentations using prepared materials
Help customers implement the solution over a 510 week adoption period
Tailor the platform setup to customer needs
Monitor customer adoption and engagement rates
Share best practices to ensure successful product usage
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
What Were Looking For
C1/C2 French (mandatory)
English B2 or higher
Comfortable presenting and speaking on camera
Strong communication and customer engagement skills
Technically confident with digital tools and platforms
Ability to guide customers through structured onboarding processes
Salary & Bonus
Base Salary: 1687.26/month (12)
Quarterly Bonus: 728.59
Estimated total compensation:
monthly equivalent depending on bonus
