Overview

Our client a leading marketplace platform in Bangkok is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the end-to-end user experience across buyer seller and operational flows. This is a high-ownership role where you will partner directly with Product Managers during the shaping process and drive design quality across squads. Ideal for someone with strong UX thinking solid UI craft and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers during shaping to clarify problems explore solutions and define scope within appetite.
• Design end-to-end user experiences across buyer seller and internal operational flows.
• Produce user flows wireframes high-fidelity UI and prototypes for validation.
• Design trust and decision-support systems that improve conversion and repeat purchase.
• Collaborate with PMs to define success metrics and evaluate outcomes.
• Balance user experience with marketplace operational and technical constraints.
• Contribute to and improve the companys design system and design standards.
• Raise design quality across squads and mentor junior designers as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI with strong ownership of outcomes.
• Strong UX thinking and solid UI craft.
• Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineers as equals.
• Ability to reason about trade-offs across user business technology and operations.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous problem spaces.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for marketplace or multi-sided platform products.
• Background in design systems or component library development.
• Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on product KPIs.

Working Arrangement

• Hybrid: 3 days onsite 2 days WFH
• Flexible start time: 9:00 - 10:30 AM
• 9 working hours per day (including lunch)
