Our client an international manufacturing company based in Pathumthani is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to take ownership of the companys day-to-day financial reporting treasury and banking activities. Reporting directly to the CEO and working in close coordination with the parent company overseas this role is focused on operational execution rather than strategic leadership. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy within a lean organisational structure.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cash flow planning treasury activities and daily liquidity monitoring
Handle day-to-day banking operations and maintain banking relationships
Prepare and review financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards
Produce monthly reporting packages for the CEO and parent company
Monitor and analyse variances between actuals budgets and forecasts providing commentary on key movements
Support the annual budget and periodic forecast preparation
Act as the primary finance contact with the parent company on accounting reporting and banking topics
Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements
Support ad hoc financial analysis and projects as directed by the CEO
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (CPA CMA or equivalent professional qualification preferred)
5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in finance treasury and financial reporting
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation (TFRS/IFRS)
Practical experience managing banking relationships and treasury operations
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and identify key trends and variances
Comfortable working with a high level of autonomy and accountability
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) for parent company interaction
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience interacting with senior stakeholders including C-level executives
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience at a Big 4 professional services firm
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP Oracle or similar)
Working Conditions
Location: On-site Pathumthani (Lamlukka area) Working Hours: Standard office hours Monday to Friday
