We are currently looking for a Slovenian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to provide high-quality assistance to customers across the Slovenian this role you will support users with product guidance account services and digital device troubleshooting while ensuring a compliant and professional customer experience.
What Youll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via phone chat and email in Slovenian
- Assist with account management order status and product guidance
- Support customers with device troubleshooting and digital services
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and age-verification policies
- Record customer interactions accurately in CRM systems in English
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions or escalate when needed
- Stay updated on product features promotions and support procedures
What Were Looking For
- C2 Slovenian (native-level)
- English B2 or higher
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and supporting electronic devices
- Detail-oriented and professional approach to customer support
- Previous experience in customer service retail or consumer goods is a plus
Location
- Sofia Bulgaria (On-Site)
- Work in a modern international office environment alongside colleagues from multiple countries.
Work Schedule
Rotational shifts within the following hours:
- Monday Saturday: 09:00 23:00
- Sunday: 10:00 19:00
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 3700 BGN gross/month
- 14 salaries per year under Bulgarian employment law
