Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant
London ON From CA$20/hour Full-Time
Highbury North Pet Hospital is a locally owned independent veterinary clinic providing quality personalized compassionate care to pets and their people. Were looking for a friendly organized Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant to join our close-knit team!
What Youll Do:

Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism

Schedule appointments manage calls and handle invoices
-
Maintain accurate medical records
-
Assist with patient handling when needed
-
Help keep the clinic clean and organized
-
Educate clients on basic care and treatment plans
What Were Looking For:
-
2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic is a must (Reception or Assistant)
-
Excellent communication & multitasking skills
-
Team player with a love for animals
-
Comfortable using computer systems (Avimark is a plus)
Ability to follow/adhere to protocols/standards
