What Youll Own

Full oversight of hospital operations and team performance

Creating structure accountability systems and measurable goals

Leading hiring onboarding and staff development

Managing scheduling payroll oversight and inventory control

Driving financial performance and operational efficiency

Coaching team members through growth and performance challenges

Partnering directly with ownership on strategic initiatives
- Handling escalated client concerns with professionalism and confidence

Requirements

Veterinary management experience required

Experience leading 5 team members

Strong HR scheduling and operational knowledge

CVPM certification preferred not required
-
Growth-minded and able to work independently

$55000$65000 annually (commensurate with experience)
