This is a full time remote contract opportunity from March to December 2026.
** Successful candidates will need to hold or obtain a Reliability Government of Canada security clearance.
Work as part of a cross-functional agile scrum team to deliver bug fixes for a social services transformation project. The role involves creating and executing product test plans automating test scripts and collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. The position requires advanced proficiency in Test Automation Strategy and Curam as well as experience with Azure DevOps for work management.
What youll do
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the agile scrum team to deliver bug fixes for a social services transformation.
- Create and execute comprehensive product test plans.
- Use automation frameworks and tools to automate test scripts for ongoing execution.
- Work alongside client resources to understand requirements and drive acceptance for fixes.
- Collaborate with the project testing center of excellence and test automation pod to enhance reusability and accelerate delivery through test automation.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for project work management including planning testing executing work and raising bugs.
- Work closely with designers and developers to create traceable test plans understand product design and triage bugs.
What youll need
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience and advanced proficiency in Test Automation Strategy.
- 2 years of experience and advanced proficiency in Curam.
- Strong experience with automation frameworks and tools for test script automation.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for work management and bug tracking.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including designers developers and client resources.
- Strong understanding of agile scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and bug triaging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
