Role Overview
We are looking for Spanish-speaking Customer Service Account Managers to join a dynamic inbound sales this role you will handle incoming client interactions support customers and identify sales opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish good English
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (specifically involving calling clients)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- EU nationality
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- No weekend shifts
- 40 hours per week (8 hours per day)
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary:competitive
- Performance Bonus: Uncapped paid quarterly
- 14 Salaries: (12 monthly 1 Easter 1 split between summer & Christmas)
- Meal Voucher: 50/month
