We are hiring German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a global technology company supporting LinkedIn platform users in Athens.
In this role you will assist users with platform-related inquiries subscriptions and product functionality while delivering a high-quality customer experience across LinkedIns digital ecosystem.
This is a exciting opportunity to build experience in customer operations within the global tech industry while working with products used by millions of professionals worldwide.
What Youll Do
- Provide customer support primarily via email and chat with occasional outbound calls
- Handle inquiries related to LinkedIn Learning and Recruiter subscriptions
- Troubleshoot administrator and platform-related issues
- Support small businesses and educational institutions with LinkedIn advertising inquiries
- Manage multiple conversations simultaneously across chat and email
- Resolve common platform issues including account merging subscription management and platform functionality questions
What Were Looking For
- German C1 level or native proficiency
- English B2 level for training and internal communication
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong PC skills including MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple chats and emails simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Typing speed: 25 words per minute.
