Pay: $21.50 - $26.50 per hour

Location: Primarily on-site in Southampton New Jersey with the opportunity to work one day from home.

Job Description

• Coordinate mitigation projects from intake through completion to keep jobs moving smoothly and on schedule
• Support Project Managers and operations leadership with day-to-day administrative and project coordination tasks
• Maintain accurate job files notes documentation work orders and purchase orders
• Track schedules appointments workflow updates and project milestones from start to finish
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding arrivals scheduling changes delays and next steps
• Coordinate with vendors insurance contacts clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist with billing support collections activity deductibles progress payments and final payments as needed
• Prepare and update reports dashboards and operational tracking documents
• Answer inbound calls and respond quickly and professionally to client and vendor inquiries
• Help ensure the office and field teams stay aligned during fast-moving mitigation and emergency response work
• Represent the company with professionalism urgency empathy and strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• 2 years of project coordination service coordination office operations dispatch or administrative support experience
• Experience in mitigation restoration construction plumbing HVAC or a similar field environment preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with job tracking systems project documentation and reporting tools
• Power BI experience required
• Strong attention to detail reliability and professionalism
• Associates degree preferred; Bachelors degree is a plus
