Role Summary

This position involves overseeing e-bill submissions managing a team of billing specialists and ensuring compliance with client-specific billing guidelines. Youll collaborate with attorneys clients and internal teams while driving process improvements and maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage e-bill submissions for accuracy and compliance
• Co-lead and mentor a team of billing specialists
• Oversee invoice generation submission and distribution
• Resolve billing discrepancies and client issues
• Analyze financial reports revenue trends and performance metrics
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Build strong relationships with attorneys clients and internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or related field
• 7 years of billing experience (law firm experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Elite 3E billing software
• Strong knowledge of legal billing practices and compliance
