Pay: $110000.00 - $135000.00 per year

Job Description

• Draft review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and transactional documents
• Support mergers and acquisitions including due diligence and deal execution
• Advise private business clients on corporate governance and day-to-day legal matters
• Assist with intellectual property and employment-related legal issues
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced transactional practice
• Communicate directly with clients and provide practical business-focused legal advice

Qualifications

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (in good standing)
• 1 years of corporate or transactional legal experience
• Strong drafting negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Ability to manage multiple matters and communicate effectively with clients
