Sr. Finance & Strategy Analyst

Our client is an industry-leading fitness technology company that uses AI and machine learning to provide personalized workout experiences. With over 350000 five-star reviews and a passionate global community they are dedicated to the lifelong pursuit of fitness progress. They are currently seeking a Sr. Finance & Strategy Analyst to become the second hire on their Finance & Operations team reporting directly to the VP of Finance & Operations.

The Role

This is a hybrid high-impact position designed for someone who enjoys autonomy and variety. Your time will be split across three core pillars:

• FP&A & Core Finance (30%): Leading traditional tasks such as budget tracking variance analysis and managing relationships with outsourced accounting and tax teams.
• People Operations (30%): Managing essential systems (Carta Justworks) overseeing new hire procedures and benchmarking compensation to ensure the team stays competitive.
• Strategic Projects (30%): Partnering on corporate development initiatives including quantifying new product launches retention strategies and the rollout of an e-commerce platform.

What You Bring

• Experience: 24 years in Investment Banking Consulting or Strategic Finance.
