Job Summary
Absolute Elder Care is a geriatric focused Mobile Physician Group that provides Primary Care Services to patients in Assisted Living Facilities Skilled Nursing Facilities and Private Residences across Central and North Central Florida.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide in-person home visits to residents of Citrus County.
Core Responsibilities
Work closely with your dedicated Medical Assistant and support staff to ensure patient needs are met timely to reduce hospitalization and improve quality of life.
Participate in weekly web meetings (via TEAMS) for physicians and advanced practice providers.
Participate in Medicares Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS).
Complete documentation and billing in eClinical Works in accordance with Medicare and practice standards.
Participate in provider on-call rotation.
Conduct telehealth visits as needed.
Qualifications 3-5 years experience in geriatrics preferred but not require
The ideal candidate will have experience working for a mobile practice Unencumbered Florida Nurse Practitioner license
DEA License
Experience with eClinical Works EHR platform preferred
