Position: Group Operations Coordinator (Full-time)
Location: New York NY (On-site)
Work Hours: 8:45 AM 5:45 PM
Salary Range: $ per year (Final salary will be determined based on experience and skills. Benefits package to be discussed during the interview process.)
Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Group Operations Coordinator to join our New York office. This role is responsible for managing and executing group travel arrangements primarily for Japanese clients traveling within the United States. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Japanese and English highly organized and experienced in coordinating logistics for group tours; however we also welcome applicants who are passionate about the travel industry even if they are new to the field!

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of group travel operations including transportation accommodations dining and sightseeing arrangements
Communicate with vendors such as hotels bus companies restaurants and local guides to ensure smooth execution of itineraries
Prepare and manage travel documents itineraries and operation sheets
Handle last-minute changes emergencies and on-site issues efficiently and professionally
Liaise with clients and partners in both Japanese and English
Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective operations
Provide on-site or remote support during group tours as needed
Qualifications:
Native-level Japanese and business-level English
Prior experience in travel operations tourism or hospitality preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available)
