- Manage cases from inception to resolution
- Draft pleadings motions and discovery documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
- Participate in depositions hearings and trials
- Develop case strategies with senior attorneys

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- 13 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience in state and federal courts
- Background in depositions and discovery processes

- Experience with dispositive motions
- Effective advocacy and communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management
