Mayersohn Law Group P.A. is seeking a Family Law Legal Assistant with at least 2 years of Florida family law experience to support our attorneys and paralegals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative & Attorney Support

• Assist attorneys and paralegals with daily case needs
• Handle copying scanning filing and organizing case materials
• Manage mail document requests and general office tasks
• Attend client meetings when appropriate

Document Preparation & Case Management

• Prepare organize and maintain digital and physical case files
• Assist with discovery organization and information gathering
• Draft and manage correspondence and legal documents
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation

Coordination & Communication

• Prepare and send correspondence to clients courts and opposing counsel
• Maintain clear professional communication at all times
• Schedule hearings meetings and appointments and track deadlines court dates and case milestones
• Assist with preparation for hearings mediations and trials

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of Family Law Legal Assistant experience in a Florida law firm
• Strong understanding of family law terminology and court procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software (Clio preferred)
• Excellent organization communication and clerical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines
• Comfortable providing consistent billable hours
