Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to handle a wide range of family law matters in a dynamic and client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce child custody and support cases
• Draft legal documents prepare case strategies and negotiate settlements
• Appear in court and advocate on behalf of clients
• Communicate effectively with clients opposing counsel and court officials
• Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines efficiently
• Handle a full caseload independently while ensuring quality legal service

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience practicing family law

• Active WSBA license in good standing

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple cases with minimal supervision

• Strong commitment to client satisfaction and professional ethics
