Location: This is an on-site leadership role based in Seward Alaska a stunning coastal community offering an exceptional quality of life for someone who values nature purpose-driven work and community impact.
Note: Must have a current unrestricted Alaska RN license 5 years of clinical experience and 3 years in leadership or management. Strong quality improvement and clinical operations experience required along with Epic EHR experience and permanent U.S. work authorization. Additionally candidates must have at least two years of recent experience providing psychiatric treatment to pediatric patients.

Job Description
- Oversee daily clinic operations to support efficient high-quality patient-centered care
- Partner with executive and clinical leadership to develop workflows policies staffing structure and operational priorities
- Lead mentor train onboard and evaluate clinical staff while supporting accountability and professional growth
- Drive quality improvement risk management and process improvement initiatives across the clinic
- Use Epic and clinical data tools to evaluate performance identify care gaps and implement evidence-based improvements
- Support compliance efforts related to audits accreditation infection control emergency preparedness and regulatory standards
- Help maintain strong collaboration across clinical front desk billing and administrative teams
- Oversee vaccine program compliance clinic supply management and population health initiatives
- Perform chart reviews and help ensure adherence to best practices policies and care standards
- Provide direct patient care support through nurse visits triage and backup clinical coverage as needed
- Work closely with leadership to advance organizational goals and strengthen clinic performance
Qualifications
- Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Alaska
- 5 years of clinical nursing experience
- 3 years of leadership or management experience
- Experience in quality improvement risk management and clinical operations
- Experience with Epic EHR and data-driven performance improvement
- Strong communication team leadership and change management skills
- BLS certification
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements
- Bachelors degree in Nursing Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
- FQHC rural health family medicine pediatrics or womens health experience preferred
- Experience with HRSA PCMH UDS FTCA OSHA or state compliance preferred
- Experience with Azara audits and accreditation processes preferred
