What You Will Do
- Lead Complex Litigation: Manage patent and trade secret litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Technical Deep-Dives: Leverage your technical background to translate complex concepts into winning legal arguments.
- Client Advocacy: Provide strategic counseling and business-oriented legal advice to a diverse portfolio of high-tech clients.
- Strategic Research: Conduct high-level legal research and draft sophisticated motions briefs and trial documents.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of post-JD experience specifically focused on intellectual property matters patent litigation and/or trade secret disputes.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical research and communication skills. You should be comfortable speaking tech and law with equal fluency.
- Mindset: A high-performer with a proactive DNA ready to lead workstreams and take ownership of client matters.
- License: Admitted to the State Bar and in good standing in the jurisdiction where you will practice.
