Job Summary

Biologist needs 3 years of hands-on laboratory experience (academic or industry) with ELISAs and automated liquid handlers

Biologist requires:

Cell culture
Aseptic technique
dPCR qPCR and RNA-Seq analysis

pharmaceutical biotech or regulated GxP laboratory environment
Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g. GraphPad Prism)
Bachelors degree in Biology Biochemistry Molecular Biology Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline
Hands-on experience with immunoassay techniques molecular biology workflows and laboratory automation platforms

Biologist duties:

Design execute and troubleshoot ELISA-based assays for target quantification
Assist with adaptation of manual ELISA workflows to automated liquid handling systems (e.g. Hamilton STAR/Nimbus Beckman Biomek or equivalent) to support high-throughput assays
Analyze samples using dPCR qPCR and RNA-Seq pending project direction
Prepare reagents buffers and standards following established protocols and SOPs
Maintain accurate and detailed electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) records in compliance with data integrity standards
