The Role: What Youll Do

You are responsible for the total success of the restaurant. You own the P&L the guest experience and the professional growth of your team.

• Master the Morning: Lead the high-stakes breakfast daypart with precision ensuring our signature made-from-scratch products meet the highest quality and speed-of-service standards.
• P&L Management: Take full accountability for the stores financial health. Youll manage labor targets food waste (COGS) and inventory to maximize the bottom line.
• Talent Architect: Recruit train and mentor a diverse crew. Your success is measured by the growth and retention of your Shift Leads and Assistant Managers.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain a Gold Standard facility. Youll ensure the kitchen is spotless the equipment is maintained and the store is always audit-ready.
• Community Connection: Act as a brand ambassador in the Little Rock community driving local guest loyalty through exceptional service and hospitality.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 2 years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR environment (Breakfast and Drive-Thru experience is highly preferred).
• The Hustle Factor: You lead from the front. You arent afraid to jump on the line or the window during a heavy rush to support your team.
• Financial Savvy: Strong ability to interpret P&L data and implement course corrections to hit labor and food cost targets.
• Leadership Heart: A passion for coaching and a commitment to holding your team to the highest professional standards.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
