Enter and maintain provider applications revalidations and updates into the system.
Enter and maintain all provider information into database.
Verify required documentation.
Meet established turnaround times and accuracy rates.
Outreach providers via email and by phone.
Assist providers with resolving Provider Enrollment issues and inquiries.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
