Monday Friday 8:00 AM 3:30 PM
Eagle Staffing Company is currently hiring a Studio Direct Support Professional for a client located in Wynnewood PA. This is a temporary assignment from March 10 through May 30 with the potential to lead to a permanent position based on performance and client needs.
This role supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a creative art studio environment. If you are compassionate patient and enjoy helping others learn and participate in meaningful activities we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities

Assist individuals with accessing art materials and participating in studio activities

Provide support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities

Help remove barriers to learning and encourage participation in programming

Assist with activities of daily living when needed including toileting assistance and meal support

Maintain a safe and supportive studio environment

Assist with organizing art supplies and studio materials

Work collaboratively with Program Managers Art Instructors and team members

Complete daily documentation and attend required staff meetings or trainings
Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or GED required

At least 1 year of experience working with adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred

Compassionate dependable and team-oriented

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Required Certifications
-
Current CPR and First Aid Certification

Physical exam within the last 6 months
-
TB test within the last 6 months
- PA criminal Clearance (within 30 days)
