- The Coach Mentality: You will mentor a team of General Managers. Success for you is seeing your Assistant Managers promoted to GMs.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure every store is Grand Opening ready every day. Youll maintain the highest standards for food safety cleanliness and speed.
- Community Connection: Represent the brand at local events and ensure we remain the favorite hometown choice for families and travelers alike.
What Were Looking For
- Experience: 3 years of multi-unit management in high-volume QSR or Fast-Casual environments.
- Financial Grit: Proven ability to manage COGS and Labor in a fluctuating economy.
- Leadership Style: You lead from the front. Youre just as comfortable jumping on the line during a rush as you are presenting quarterly numbers to the Director of Ops.
- Mobility: Must have a valid drivers license and be able to travel between locations across the Amarillo/Canyon metro.
