Note: Must be a Texas-licensed attorney have federal court admissions and bring 10 years of trademark litigation experience.

Job Description

• Manage and lead trademark litigation matters from strategy through resolution
• Handle cases in federal court including drafting and arguing motions
• Develop case strategy assess risk and advise clients on litigation posture and outcomes
• Conduct written discovery manage document production and prepare discovery responses
• Take and defend depositions including party and third-party witnesses
• Work with experts and prepare expert discovery where applicable
• Prepare for and participate in hearings mediations and settlement conferences
• Draft dispositive motions briefs and other substantive filings
• Collaborate with internal teams and support staff to drive cases forward efficiently
• Maintain clear timely client communication and produce high-quality work product

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license required
• Federal court admissions required
• 10 years of trademark litigation experience
• Strong motion practice and brief writing skills
• Deposition experience and comfort handling complex discovery
• Strong judgment client communication and case ownership mindset
• Trial experience is a plus
