MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
SELECTIVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Possession of a current license as a professional architect in Maryland or a state withcomparable requirements is required.
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preference will be given to applicantswho possess the following preferred qualification(s).Include clear and specific information on your application regardingyour qualifications.
- Experience in Educational K-12 facilities planning or design
- Knowledge of accessibility and building codes and state regulations regarding public facilities.
- Experience working with public sector entities on projects
- Skilled at written correspondence and leading meetings
- Experience developing design guidelines design studies educational specifications or school facility programs
LICENSES REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Qualified candidates must possess a current Professional license in Architecture.
- Employees in this classification may be assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle. Employees assigned such duties will be required to possess a valid motor vehicle operators license.
