Job Summary
The mission of Andurils Air Dominance and Strike Division is to fundamentally reshape the way future peer to peer conflicts are fought by developing next generation collaborative combat aircraft advanced effects and the software that powers these autonomous weapons. The Chief of Staff AD&S is the connective tissue between the SVP of AD&S the broader executive team and the rest of the company. Youll act as a strategic thought partner and force multiplier to the SVP of AD&S ensuring the AD&S team is aligned and prioritized to deliver against our most critical goals. This role is responsible for proactively designing building and executing the operational rhythm strategic programs and cross-functional communications that enable the AD&S division to operate at a high level and drive organizational performance.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Strategic Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP AD&S helping to drive clarity and focus across a broad portfolio of initiatives
- Cross-Functional Integration: Design and manage how the AD&S team interfaces with key stakeholders across the company (Finance Government Relations Strategic Growth etc.) ensuring effective collaboration information flow and alignment
- Executive Operations: Prepare and facilitate AD&S-related content for executive meetings All Hands and offsitesdriving agenda setting action tracking and execution against key decisions
- Governance Structure: Own and drive business rhythm for the AD&S team including quarterly QBRs strategic planning internal business reviews and team communications
- Stakeholder Management: Represent the SVP AD&S in internal forums ensuring that communication is aligned timely and driving the desired outcomes with the broader AD&S team and Anduril leadership
- Project & Initiative Leadership: Lead high-impact cross-functional strategic initiatives from ideation through to execution and measurement
WHO YOU ARE
- 612 years of professional experience ideally in strategy business operations consulting or similar high-execution environments.
- Demonstrated success in Chief of Staff or Chief Operating Officer-like roles supporting senior executives
- Exceptional communication and executive writing skills with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear actionable insights
- Proven ability to manage and deliver on complex cross-functional projects
- Highly organized systems-thinker with attention to detail and follow-through
- Emotionally intelligent trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
Must be eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance
US Salary Range
$166000 - $220000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience education and/or training critical skills and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Andurils total compensation package.
