Insurance Coverage/Insurance Litigation Attorney - Las Vegas
This position offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with experience handling insurance coverage/coverage litigation matters to work with experienced coverage/coverage litigation attorneys who handle cases in Nevada and throughout the U.S. working with domestic and foreign insurers.

This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with experience handling insurance coverage/coverage litigation matters to work with experienced coverage/coverage litigation attorneys who handle cases in Nevada and throughout the U.S. working with domestic and foreign insurers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage/coverage litigation matters
- Investigate claims and draft coverage opinion letters
- In coverage litigation matters draft pleadings motions and handle discovery
- Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects
- Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of Nevada
- 5 years coverage/coverage litigation experience
- Experience in areas of insurance coverage including drafting coverage opinions in one or more insurance lines (CGL property professional liability cyber intellectual property etc.)
- Experience in either or both third-party and first-party claims
- Coverage analysis and writing experience
- Superior analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
